Hi, I’m Sammy!

As someone who’s healed from chronic anxiety & perfectionism through transformative mind-body work, I’m here to show you what’s possible.

You are here to thrive and live your fullest life.

Just like you, I spent years piecing together my own healing and personal growth, being a psychology and personal development junkie, I’ve read way too many books and drowned myself in information.

I didn’t realise it was also a way of running away from my feelings. It’s intellectualising them, analysing them instead of actually FEELING it.

Things really started to shift when I started practicing mindfulness, meditation and mind-body practices. It helped me build a renewed and loving relationship with myself that wasn’t easy to come by.

I’ve since led group meditations, healing workshops and 1-1 spaces to help you get back into your real power - your bodies and innate wisdom.

It’s time to integrate all the parts of yourselves that have been longing to be seen and welcomed.
